No. We never charge commission. Guests book directly with the hotel. Your plan fee covers your listing — that's it.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. Cancel any time from your dashboard. Your listings stay active until the end of the current billing period.
What is the admin approval process?
Every submitted offer is reviewed by our team before going live. We check that dates are clear, the value is real, and terms are complete. This usually takes 1–2 business days.
What does "Pin to Top" do exactly?
A pinned offer is always shown first in search results and browse pages — above featured, preferred, and standard offers. The pin stays active until the period you paid for ends or you manually remove it.
How does the Verified badge work?
When you claim your hotel profile and we approve it, your hotel and all your offers display a Verified Partner badge. This is available from the Partner plan upwards.
Can I list offers from multiple hotels?
Yes. Your offer slots apply across all hotels you manage. A hotel group on a Partner plan can use its 20 slots across all their properties.
